How to check that a certificate we issued is genuine

What a genuine certificate shows

Every certificate issued by Rapidex Training carries the learner’s full name, the exact course title, the completion date, the Rapidex Training wordmark, and the address of this page. Certificates for CPD Certified courses also carry the CPD Certified mark of The CPD Certification Service.

Courses we certify

Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2 — CPD Certified.
Fire Safety in the Workplace — CPD Certified.
Health & Safety in the Workplace — CPD Certified.

How to verify

Verification is handled personally rather than by an automated lookup. Send us the certificate holder’s name, the course title and the completion date shown, and we will confirm whether those details match our records — normally within two working days.
